Exchanges

  1. Items must be returned within 30 days of receipt.
  2. Items must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached.

Exchange Process

  1. Contact our customer service team at citizens@plover.ae to initiate an exchange.
  2. Provide your order number and details of the item(s) you wish to exchange.
    Once approved, send the item(s) to the school
  3. Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item(s), we will send out the replacement item(s) at no additional cost.

I have not received one of the items yet !!!?

My other was delivered to me in 2 batches.. theres still one more black citizen Tshirt that has not been delivered to me.. i visited the reception 3 times and checked the deliveries, my order was not there still!!!
This is ridiculous.. either deliver it all at once or dont sell anything at all
